At  2AM,  we do understand the importance of  receiving your purchased products in the best condition, and on time. We continuously strive hard to make sure the product reaches you at the earliest possible time.

Shipping Time:

All products are shipped out between 1 – 10 working days.

If the order is with initials it is shipped out between 7-15 working days.

Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges:

For prepaid orders shipping charge of Rs. 50 is charged. 
Cash on Delivery is a flat charge of Rs. 150.

You can pay while checking out and save Rs. 100

For Cash on Delivery orders :

In case your pin code is not serviceable for COD we shall request you to make the payment online.

You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery

If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order

No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method

How do I know if my area is serviceable or not?

You can email us your pin code on and we shall get back to you within 24 hours


Returns & Exchanges:

2AM does not have a return policy.

For exchange of the purchased product we might request you to share an image of your product/ s. For your  order to qualify as an exchange.

You must raise a return request by emailing us on  within 48 hours of receipt of your order

Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with

Product must be in perfect condition

Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality

Once you have requested for an exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days

If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit



The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

The order should be cancelled within 24hours of the order placed.
2AM reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
